Pursuant to the annex referred to above the agreement concluded on 25 April 2006 concerning the rental of the commercial premises of the area of 452 m2 where the Company conducts sale and service of sports equipment under the logo of INTERSPORT was extended for the period of next five years on comparable financial conditions.

The rental agreement of the commercial premises referred to above was described in detail in the Company’s Prospectus (Part III of the Registration Document, Art. 21 – Significant Agreements) and in the Current Report No 9 dated 1 July 2006.
