Mr Artur Mikołajko
President of the Management Board

Mr Artur Mikołajko, the President of the Management Board. Mr Artur Mikołajko who is one of the founders and key shareholders of the Company, performs the duties both: the President of the Management Board and the CEO of the Company.

He gained his 20-year professional experience as the commander of “Szkwał” Youth Maritime Club and then the manager of the “Shanties” National Festivals, the member of the Board of the Founders of the “Hals” Yachting, Sports and Travels Foundation of Kraków and the Vice President of the Management Board of Outdoor Sports sp. z o.o. – a company being the distributor of K2, Phenix and Invicta equipment.

Since the Company was established in 1988, Mr Artur Mikołajko has successfully performed the duties of the President of the Company’s Management Board and the Company has been dynamically developing under his guidance.

Mr Artur Mikołajko is a passionate lover of skiing and yachting, and his passions have culminated in licences awarded to him: the Certificate of Competency of Yachtmaster granted by the Polish Yachting Association (PZŻ), the Certificate of Competency of the Motorboat Helmsman awarded by the Polish Motorboat and Water Ski Association. He’s a teacher of skiing, licensed by the Polish Ski Association (PZN) and possess the second highest rank among the scout instructors of the Polish Scouting Union (ZHP) and the title of the organiser of tours of the Polish Tourist Country-Lovers’ Society (PTTK). For the last few years he’s been a regular participant of international ski tests performed by most renowned manufactures: Alomon, Atomic, Fischer, Völkl, Rossignol, Blizzard.

Artur Mikołajko with his energy, in-depth knowledge of professional matters and managerial skills warrants that the development strategy adopted by the Company will be consistently implemented. His practical orientation of in the business of the Company dating back to its establishing in 1988 enables Mr Artur Mikołajko to take quick, proper and professionally skilful decisions.

Mr Sławomir Gil
Vice President of the Management Board

Mr Sławomir Gil, Vice President of the Management Board. Mr Sławomir Gil, one of the key shareholders and a co-founder of the Company, performs the duties of both: the Vice President of the Management Board and the Manager for the Provision of Supplies.

He gained his professional experience as a co-organiser of the “Shanties” National Festivals and then, as the Management Board Vice President of Outdoor Sports sp. z o.o. – a company being the distributor of K2, Phenix and Invicta equipment. Since 1989 he’s been the Vice President of the Management Board of INTERSPORT POLSKA S.A. (formerly: MAKS S.A., a service joint-stock company).

His 20-year professional experience and involvement in sport business culminated in the award of licences to him: the Certificate of Competence of Yacht Coastal Skipper granted by the Polish Yachting Association (PZŻ), the Certificate of Competency of Motorboat Helmsman awarded to him by the Polish Motorboat and Water Ski Association. He’s a skiing teacher assistant licensed by the Polish Ski Association (PZN) and a mountain guide licensed by the Polish Tourist Country-Lovers’ Society (PTTK), all these giving him the qualities of a skilful and efficient manager of the young team of the Logistics and Supplies Department.

Mr Sławomir Gil is a great lover of mountaineering and extreme sports. He was a member of mountain expeditions on Kilimanjaro, Mount Blanc and Via Ferrata in the Dolomites. He also participated in many winter equipment tests.
