Sports Events in 2010

Matches of 2010 MUNDIAL Football World Cup will be played on South African stadiums in June and July 2010.

On the occassion INTERSPORT chain is going to open special stands with football assortment. The offer will include match balls and their ”replicas”, wide assortment of football outfits bearing an official FIFA and WORLD CUP logos, gadgets, T-shirts and also balls of leading manufacturers, bearing the official logo of the event and dedicated to some of the national teams participanting in the tournament. Additionally, joint campaigns with Nike, Adidas, and Puma companies are planned to support the sale of the football offer.

INTERSPORT Group is also an official sponsor of the 2010 Basketball World Championships that will be held in Turkey from 28 August to 12 September. Due to TV broadcasts the recognizability of INTERSPORT brand in Poland will be enhanced.
