Revenue of January
Total net revenue on sales in January 2017 amounted to ca. PLN 21 997 thousand and was 10.7% lower as compared to the same period in the previous year (was: PLN 24 636 thousand), of which: a) Revenue on the main activity run in the stores of INTERSPORT reached the level of PLN 21 997 thousand, i.e. 8.1% less than in the same period of the previous year (was: PLN 23 938 thousand). The sale of winter assortment goods increased while the sale of all-year products decreased.
b) In January 2017 no one-time event was held. In the previous year the additional sale run from 15 to 31 January 2016 at sports halls during EHF EURO 2016TM Championship in Poland generated the amount of PLN 698 thousand, i.e. 3% of the share in the total turnover of the Company for January 2016. In the Current Report no 6/2016 dated 11.02.2016 the Company informed on the effect of the one-time event for the results of January 2016 – gross profit amounted to ca. PLN 100 thousand, i.e. ca. 3% of the share in the total gross profit (total gross profit gained by the Company in January 2016 amounted to ca. PLN 3,100 thousand (the estimated gross profit in January 2017 without any one-time events amounted to ca. PLN 2,500 thousand).
