The Audit Committee is responsible for:
    - submitting to the Supervisory Board justified recommendations concerning the selection of a certified auditor,
 
    - evaluating the plan of activities of the certified auditor and the financial statement
 
    - monitoring the reliability of financial information presented by the Company, in particular by reviewing suitability and consequences of using accountancy methods adopted by the Company,
 
    - making recommendations aimed at formulating decisions to be taken by the Board,
 
    - preparing written annual reports of its activities 
 
    - monitoring the financial reporting process;
 
    - monitoring the efficiency of internal control systems, internal auditing, and risk management;
 
    - monitoring financial reviews execution,
 
    - monitoring the independence of the certified auditor and the entity authorized to investigate financial statements, including the services mentioned in Art. 48 Section 2 of the Law on certified auditors, their professional self-government, subjects authorized to investigate financial statements and public supervision of 7 May 2009 (Dz.U.  No 77 item  649).
    
    and other responsibilities of the Committee defined in Annex No I to the Recommendation of the European Commission of 15 February 2005 on the role of non-executive directors and directors and others who are members of a supervisory board of listed companies and supervisory board committee (Journal of Laws of the EU.L.05.52.51).
