INTERSPORT Group brings together the entities which:
(1) conduct independent business activity,
(2) have the right to use the INTERSPORT trademark and sell private labels of INTERSPORT,
(3) do common purchases,
(4) use a common model of business activity according to internationally unified standards.
In December of 2012, INTERSPORT Group took over the chain of specialist shops trading in sports shoes, “The Athlete’s Foot” with its over 460 shops in 23 countries whose turnover in 2015 was € 307 million. INTERSPORT Group is currently represented in 66 countries on five continents. After Europe, Canada, Middle East, Asia and Australia, the time has come for South America. Till 2020 in Chile INTERSPORT is planning to open up 40 stores under INTERSPORT logo.
