Mr. Artur Olender - Partner Addventure, formerly the President of the Management Board of Dom Maklerski PENETRATOR S.A. and Agencja Informacyjna PENETRATOR Sp. z o.o. Mr. Olender used to act as an adviser to the Minister of Ownership Transformations on the privatization of ISKRA S.A. Company, the Minister of the Treasury in the privatization of the largest Polish publishing house – Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne S.A., and the largest Polish producer of alcoholic beverages - Polmos Białystok S.A. Mr. Olender was involved in the execution of dozens of projects aimed at raising capital both on the private market and the stock exchange. Mr. Olender studied at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (Department of Electronics and Automation) and at the London Business School. He holds a license of a securities broker (No. 13) as well as licenses issued by the London International Financial Futures Exchange, International Petroleum Exchange and the London Clearing House.
Mr. Łukasz Gil - Member of the Management Board of Aon Hewitt in Poland, responsible for the financial affairs of the company. Formerly, Mr. Gil served as financial controller for Central and Eastern Europe at Aon. He is responsible for financial reporting in the region according to US GAAP, the system of internal control of financial reporting, including compliance with SOX. Mr. Gil cooperates with internal and external auditing bodies. He supervises the operation of financial departments in 13 countries that support all business lines of Aon corporations: Aon Risk Solutions, Aon Benfield, and Aon Hewitt. Mr. Gil graduated from the Faculty of Management of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (Major: Financial Management). In 1999 he graduated from the British ACCA Association which promotes ethics and proper standards in accounting and finance, as well as collects and certifies specialists in this area.
Mr. Mathias Boenke – President of the Management Board of INTERSPORT Austria GmbH. He specializes in trade with emphasis on marketing, finance, and IT. Mr. Boenke studied International Business and Management at the University of Edinburgh. He has a many years’ experience in managing companies in the area of brand-name products trade. From 1993 to 2000 Mr. Boenke managed the Müller International Company within the Theo Müller Group. Subsequently, for the period of 5 years he was responsible for the activities of the New Balance Company in the German-speaking countries, until finally, in 2006, he was appointed President of Hubner Holding AG.
Mrs. Beata Mikołajko is a neuro speech therapist by profession, a graduate of the Correctional Education at the Jagiellonian University and postgraduate studies in speech therapy at the University of Education in Krakow. For several years she worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy and History of the Jagiellonian University and as a speech therapist at the Krakow Rehabilitation Center. Having worked at various positions within the Company for several years Ms. Mikołajko well recognized the Company’s needs. The then-gained practical knowledge on the industry she has used working in the Supervisory Board.
