The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A., with its registered office in Cholerzyn, announces that, on this day, it
received information that Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A., with its registered office in Poznan, signed an agreement on 6 May 2013 to act as an Issue Broker on the Warsaw Stock Exchange for bearer shares, rights to shares and priority rights to shares in the company INTERSPORT Polska S.A.
The Agreement was concluded for an undefined period of time and may be terminated by either party upon three months’
notice, effective at the end of a given month. The other conditions of the agreement do not deviate from those generally applied in the market. The agreement comes into force on 15 May 2013.
