Agreements concluded with Alior Bank Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw

Article 56, par. 1, pt. 1 of the Public Offering Act - confidential information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with its registered office in Cholerzyn announces that on 12 August 2013 it concluded the following agreements with Alior Bank Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Łopuszańska 38d, entered into the Commercial Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, Division XII Commercial of the National Court Register with number KRS 0000305178, TIN 1070010731, REGON 141387142, with share capital paid up in total amounting to PLN 635,829,650.00:
- Loan Agreement No. U0002295526314/D for current account loan up to the amount of PLN 4,900,000.00 (in words: four million nine hundred thousand 00/100) until 11 August 2014;
- Agreement on the limit for guarantee products No. U0002295526314/F up to the amount of PLN 2,100,000.00 (in words: two million one hundred thousand 00/100) with maturity date on 11 August 2015;
- Agreement on the limit for guarantee products No. U0002295526314/G up to the amount of EUR 1,100,000.00 (in words: one million one hundred thousand 00/100) with maturity date on 11 August 2015;
- Cooperation Agreement on assuming the rights of Creditors (AliorFaktor) No. U0002295526314/E concerning reverse factoring up to the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 (in words: three million 00/100) with expiration date on 09 November 2014;
Terms and conditions of the agreements do not deviate from those commonly applied in the market. The total value of the agreements does not constitute a significant agreement in accordance with the criterion adopted by INTERSPORT Polska S.A., based on which the agreements are considered significant (10% of sales revenue in the last four reporting quarters). Nevertheless, the execution of such agreements will positively affect the financial standing of the Company. The agreements shall replace the financing granted to the Company by another bank to a large extent.
