The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA with its registered office in Cholerzyn (the "Company") received this year on 22nd September information that Bank Zachodni WBK SA with its registered office in Wrocław has extended the loan agreement with the Company, which was described in current report no. 47 of 29th May 2017; Current Report No. 16 of 27 May 2015; and in Current Issue No. 19 dated May 29, 2013.

Overdraft facility up to PLN 500,000 (five hundred thousand zlotys) was extended until 30.04.2018. Other conditions specified in the contract do not differ from the commonly used in the market
