Section 56.1.2 Public Offering Act - current and periodic information
Referring to Current Report No 42 dated 9 May 2017, the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. headquartered in Cholerzyn (The „Issuer”) notifies that today it received the information on the Announcement of the Operational Division of the National Depository of Securities S.A. („KDPW”) no ONP/2017/069 dated 9 May 2017. Pursuant to the Announcement the registration of the securites of the Issuer marked with the code ISIN PLINTSP00038 with KDPW will take place on 11 May 2017.
The Registration concerns 400,000 (four hundred thousand) ordinary bearer shares series A of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, as per the Resolution of the Management of KDPW no 295/17 dated 2 May 2017 corrected with
the Resolution No 298/17 dated 4 May 2017.
