The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. announces that, at a meeting on 22 May 2017, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the selection of the company AMZ Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, as the certified auditor
authorized to audit the interim financial statements of the Company for the period from 1 January to 30 June 2017.

The Supervisory Board of the Company considered the recommendation of the Audit Committee and AMZ sp. z o.o.’s staff of qualified certified auditors. The agreement will be executed for the period necessary to perform the work stipulated therein and
the remuneration provided for will not differ from the rates applicable on the market.

The company AMZ Sp. z o.o. is registered in the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements maintained by the Polish Chamber of Auditors, under No. 3787.

The Company INTERSPORT Polska S.A. used from the services of the aforementioned entity for its review and audit of the financial statements.
