INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that the General Shareholders Meeting held on 13 June 2014 pursuant to Resolutions No 14 and 15 unanimously appointed Mr. Artur Mikołajko President of the
Company for the 5-year term and Mr. Sławomir Gil Vice-President of the Management Board for the 3-year term.

Mr. Artur Mikołajko and Mr. Sławomir Gil are founders of the Company and have held positions in its Management Board since 1988. They have been experts in Polish and European market of sports goods for over 25 years. Detailed
