The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with its registered office in Cholerzyn (“Company”) announces that, beginning from January 2018, the Company modifies its current information policy and ceases to publish monthly sales reports. Starting from 2018, the basic period for which current reports regarding periodic sales results are made and published will be a quarter.

The aforesaid change is a result of the Company’s obtaining, since 24 March 2017, of an independent INTERSPORT licence and the need to adjust its information policy to international INTERSPORT Group standards, where reports are made quarterly. In the Management Board’s opinion, owing to the specificity of the sport industry, the Company’s results should be monitored and compared by season. Given dynamically changing weather conditions and calendar-related issues, it is more useful to publish sales results in a longer time frame than one month.

In addition, the Company will change its financial year in 2018. In line with Resolution no. 16 of the Annual General Meeting of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. of 30 June 2017, the financial and tax year of the Company which began on 1 January 2018 will end on 31 March 2019. The first financial and tax year of the Company, in accordance with new rules, will begin on 1 April 2019 and end on 31 March 2020.
