Art. 70 Clause 1 of the Law on Public Offer – acquisition or disposal of a significant number of shares.

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with the seat in Cholerzyn hereby publicly informs the content of the notification received on 7 April 2017 from a shareholder Ms. Jolanta Milewska on the change of the percentage share of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.

The Notification constitutes an Annex to this Report.
