Change of the date of the publication of the periodic statement for the third quarter of 2015
Legal grounds:
Art. 56 Section 1 point 2 of the public offering Law – current and periodic information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs of the change of the date of public announcement of the periodic report for the third quarter of 2015 whose announcement date was initially fixed at 13 November (Friday) 2015, according to the Current Report No 4/2015 complete with the correction thereto.
The periodic report of INTERSPOR Polska Company S.A. for the third quarter of 2015 will be published at a new date, namely on 10 November 2015 (Tuesday).
Legal grounds: § 103 Section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
The periodic report of INTERSPOR Polska Company S.A. for the third quarter of 2015 will be published at a new date, namely on 10 November 2015 (Tuesday).
