The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA with the seat in Cholerzyn hereby publicly announces the notification it received on 3 August 2015 from INTERCONTACT
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH Company (further: "INTERCONTACT") having its seat in Heillbronn (Germany), on the percentage change of votes at the General Assembly of the Company of the
following wording:

INTERCONTACT Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH with the seat in Germany (further: "INTERCONTACT"), as a shareholder of INTERSPORT Polska SA Company having its seat Cholerzyn, Cholerzyn 382, 32-060 Liszki (further "INTERSPORT") announces that pursuant to Art. 69 of the Law on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and the Law on Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (the "Law") that as the result of the conversion of the rights from securities executed pursuant to the Resolution of the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA dated 27 July 2015 – the Company’s current report No 29/2015 of 27 July 2015) which resulted in a change in the overall number of votes at the General Assembly of INTERSPORT Polska SA (was: 20,600,000 votes, following the conversion: 20,500,000 votes) – a change in the percentage share of the votes of INTERCONTACT Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH at the General Assembly of Shareholders of INTERSPORT Polska SA occurred, in effect of which the share of INTERCONTACT exceeded 25% of the votes.
Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 69 clause 4 of the Law we declare the following:

1. The event which resulted in the change in the shareholding the notification concerns was the resolution of the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA dated 27 July 2015 on the
conversion of 100,000 (say: one hundred thousand) registered series of Series A with the nominal value of PLN 0.10 (say: zero zlotys ten grosch) each, privileged as to the voting rights at the General
assembly in such a manner that one preference share entitles to two (2) votes at the General Assembly, to ordinary bearer shares - the current report of the Company No 29/2015 dated 27 July
2015.

2. Before 27 July 2015 INTERCONTACT possessed:
- 1,666,666 registered shares of C1 series designated with numbers from C1 0000001 to C11666666, entitling to 3,333,332 votes at the General Assembly, which constitutes 11.96% of the
share capital and 16.18% of the total number of votes,
- 1,166,668 bearer shares of C2 series, entitling to 1,166,668 votes at the General Assembly, which constitutes 8.37% of the share capital and 5.66% of the total number of votes,
- 650,000 bearer shares of E series, entitling to 650,000 votes at the General Assembly, which constitutes 4.67% of the share capital and 3.16% of the total number of votes.

In total, before 27 July 2015, INTERCONTACT held 3 483 334 shares of INTERSPORT Polska SAentitling to 5 150 000 votes, which at that time constituted 25% of the share capital and entitled to
25% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly.
