Communication from the KDPW Operating Department on the registration of F series shares
Legal basis:
Article 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information.
In reference to the current report No. 74 of 19th September, the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA with its registered office in Cholerzyn (the "Issuer") informs that on 20th September Operational Department of the National Depository for Securities ("KDPW") has published the Announcement No. ONP/2017/160, according to which on 21st September 2017 will be registered with the KDPW and coded as "PLINTSP00038" - 8,947,366 (eight million nine hundred forty-seven thousand three hundred sixty-six) ordinary bearer F series shares of the Issuer with the nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) each.
