Pursuant to the provisions of §5 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities, the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. based in Cholerzyn notifies that a general agreement defining the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage related to the Company’s activities was concluded with GOTHAER Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A. with the seat in Warsaw.

The agreement was concluded for the period from 25 September 2013 to 24 September 2015 on terms and conditions that do not deviate from the standard ones used for such agreements. The agreement does not include any provisions on penalties. Pursuant to the Agreement, total sum of insurance (the value of insured property) complete with all limits on thefts within the scope of general coverage on all risks amounts to PLN 279,540,435 and the total sum of insurance of electronic equipment against all risks (value of insured property), including theft limits to the full value of the insurance amounts to PLN 880,591. Basic guarantee sum in the civil liability insurance in connection with the conducted activity and the property owned amounts to PLN 10,000,000. The insurance policy covers additional scopes of insurance, namely machine damage insurance.

The agreement was considered significant due to a considerable value of the insurance of the general agreement which exceeds 10% of the value of the Company’s revenue on sales for the period of the last four turnover quarters.
