Concluding rental agreement pertaining to commercial premises at Galeria Amber in Kalisz

The Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that on 6 December 2013 it concluded an agreement with Echo Galeria Amber Sp. z o.o. Company, limited partnership with the seat in Kielce, al. Solidarności 36. The agreement pertains to the rental of new commercial premises where the Company will conduct sale and service of sports good and equipment under the INTERSPORT brand.
The object of the rental is a one-storey commercial premises of the area of 501 m2 located at Galeria Amber in ul. Górnośląska in Kalisz. The agreement was concluded for the term of 5 years from the date of the delivery of the said premises, i.e. 15.01.2014.
The new INTERSPORT store is scheduled for opening at the beginning of March 2014.All other terms and conditions of the said agreement do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
