Art. 56 section 5 point 1 of the Public Offering Act – updating of information


The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that in cooperation with Alma Market S.A. Company with the seat in Kraków, on 10 January 2014 it concluded agreement with FIT FABRIC Civil Partnership Marcin Wawrzycki, Katarzyna Zgierska, and Tomasz Nowiński with the seat in Łódź. The said agreement concerns sublease of the area of ca. 1,500 m2 on the first floor and part of commercial premises of INTERSPORT at No 122-128 Kilińskiego street in Łódź. The sublet area will be used as a fitness club and gym.

The sublease agreement between INTERSPORT Polska S.A. and FIT FABRIC Civil Partnership Marcin Wawrzycki, Katarzyna Zgierska, and Tomasz Nowiński with the seat in Łódź was concluded for a specified time until 31 October 2017, i.e. by the time the agreement referred to in current report no 7/2008 of 28 January 2008 expires and based on which INTERSPORT Polska S.A. trades sports goods in the commercial premises located at No 122-128 Kilińskiego street in Łódź. Other terms and conditions of the agreement do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.

Following the conclusion of the said agreement of sublease, the store of INTERSPORT will have the area of ca. 654 m2 and will be optimal for conducting business activity at that location.
