Concluding the rental agreement of commercial premises located in Bydgoszcz

Art. 56 Section 1 point 1 of the public offering Law – classified information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company informs that on 23 July 2015 it received the information on concluding, by ECE Projektmanagement Polska Sp. z o.o. Company
with the seat in Warszawa, ul. Fabryczna 5a, representing Zielone Arkady limited liability company (formerly: Centrum Handlowe Polska 6 limited liability company, Sigma limited partnership), the rental
agreement of the commercial premises located in Bydgoszcz.
The concluded agreement concerns the rental of the commercial premises of the area of 758 m2 located at the “Zielone Arkady” Shopping Center in Bydgoszcz, at No 1 ul. Wojska Polskiego where
the Company will run a specialist sports shop under the INTERSPORT brand. The date of the opening of the new store is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2015. The Agreement has been
concluded for the term of 10 years with the possibility of being extended. Other terms and conditions of the Agreement do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
