The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A., with its registered office in Cholerzyn, announces that on this day it received information about the conclusion on 29 March 2013 of a lease with Borek-Arena Investments Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Sienna 39, concerning new retail premises located in the Borek Shopping Centre at al. Gen. J. Hallera 52 in Wrocław, where the company will sell sports goods and provide sports equipment services.

The lease concerns a single-level premises of area of 816 m2 located in the Centre. The new lease agreement has been concluded for five years with the possibility of being extended. The new store is expected to open at the end of April 2013. The terms of the lease do not differ from those commonly applied for such agreements, except that the financial terms are more advantageous than in the agreement concerning the previous premises leased in the Centre.

In connection with the conclusion of the new lease concerning the new premises, the former lease agreement for premises in the Centre, concerning a two-level retail premises of a total area of 1,282 m2, was dissolved by mutual consent as of 21 April 2013, i.e. before the end of the 10-year period for which it was in force.

In the opinion of the Management Board, the optimisation of the retail premises in the Borek Shopping Centre in Wrocław should in future have a positive effect on lowering the costs of the retail operations carried out in that place, and should therefore improve the store’s profitability.
