The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA with its registered office in Cholerzyn (the "Company") informs that on 28 April 2017 it signed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Grzybowska 78, credit agreement and debt limit agreement.

The total contract value is PLN 10,000,000 (ten million): an investment credit agreement of PLN 4,000,000 (four million) with a final repayment date of May 31, 2022, and a debt limit agreement of PLN 6,000,000 (Say: six million), whose final repayment date is September 21, 2018. Other conditions set out in the two agreements do not differ from those commonly used in the market.

According to the Management Board, the agreements are important from the point of view of financing the Company. The above agreements allow to extinguish the entire loan exposure of the Company in DNB Bank Polska SA described in current report no. 17 of 27 May 2015 and will contribute to improving the Company's liquidity.
