Pursuant to § 34.1 1) Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 (Dz. U. No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA with its registered office in Cholerzyn informs that today it has been informed about the Resolution No. 295/17 by the Management Board of the National Deposit of Securities SA in Warsaw of May 2 this year, which reads as follows:

1. Based on §2.1 and 4 and §40 (2), (3a) and (4a) of the Regulations of the Central Securities Depository of Poland, having examined the application of INTERSPORT Polska SA The Management Board of The Central Securities Depository of Poland decides to register 400,000 (four hundred thousand) ordinary bearer shares of INTERSPORT Polska SA of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groshy) each, issued on the basis of a resolution on the transformation of Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe " MAKS "sp. Z oo into a joint stock company on the basis of a resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of this company dated 26 August 2004 - as registered preference shares and subsequently converted by a resolution of the management board of that company, at the request of the shareholders for bearer shares and mark them with the code PLWTCHN00030, provided that the company operating the regulated market decides to introduce those shares to trading on the same regulated market into which other shares of that company, coded PLINTSP00038, have been introduced, subject to section 2.

2. Registration of the shares referred to in paragraph 1 of INTERSPORT Polska SA in the Central Securities Depository of Poland will take place within three days from the date of receipt by the National Depository of the decision referred to in section 1 no earlier, however, than on the date indicated in the decision as the day of introduction. These shares are traded on this regulated market.

Information on registration under the code PLINTSP00038 of the shares referred to in §1.1 will be provided in the form of a message of the National Depository.
