Conditional registration of the shares of INTERSPORT Polska SA at the Central Securities Depository of Poland

Art. 70 Section 2 point 1 of the public offering Law – current and periodic information
Pursuant to §34 Section 1 Point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No 33 item 259) the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA with the
seat in Cholerzyn informs that today it has received notification on the Resolution No 527/15 of the Board of the Central Securities Depository of Poland in Warszawa of the following content:
1. Pursuant to §2 Sections 1 and 4 and §40 Section 2, 3a, and 4a of the Regulation of the Central Securities Depository of Poland , having recognized the application of INTERSPORT Polska
S.A. Company, the Management Board of Central Securities Depository of Poland has made the decision to register at the Central Securities Depository 100,000 (say: one hundred thousand) of
bearer shares series A of the Company INTERSPORT Polska S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 (say: ten grosch each), issued pursuant to the Resolution dated 26 August 2004 on the
transformation of the company under the name Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe „Maks” Sp. z o.o. into the company under the name Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe „Maks” S.A. (currently INTERSPORT Polska
S.A.) and to designate it with the code PLINTSP00038, under the condition that the company managing the regulated market onto which other shares of the Company designated with the code
PLINTSP00038 were introduced would take a decision on introducing the same to trading on the same regulated market, subject to the provisions of Art. 2.
2. The registration of the shares referred to in Art. 1 above in the Central Securities Depository shall take place within three days from the receipt, by the Central Securities Depository, of the
decision referred to in Art. 1 however not earlier that on the date stated in the decision as the date of introducing these shares to trading on the regulated market.
Information on the registration of the shares referred to in Art. 1 above under the code PLINTSP00038 shall be communicated in the form of a Notification by the Central Securities Depository, and the Resolution shall come into life on the date of its adoption.
