In accordance with Article 38 section 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. communicates asattached the content of resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 14 June2013.
The General Meeting considered all items of the agenda. No objections to the minutes were presented during the meeting.
