Pursuant to § 34.1 1) Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 (Dz. U. No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA with its registered office in Cholerzyn informs that today it has been informed about the Resolution No. 298/17 by the Management Board of the National Deposit of Securities SA in Warsaw of May 4 this year, which reads as follows:

1. Pursuant to §2.1 and 4 of the Regulations of the National Depository for Securities, the Management Board of the National Depository hereby resolves to amend §1.1 of the resolution No. 295/17 of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities of 2 May 2017 so that the words "and code them PLWTCHN0030" are replaced with the words "and marked with the code PLINTSP00038".
