Correction of the Current Report No 38/2015
Legal grounds:
Art. 56 Section 1 point 2 of the public offering Law – current and periodic information, pursuant to §5 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19
February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities.
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs of the correction introduced to the Current Report No 38/2015 indicating that the general agreement determining the terms and conditions of the insurance on the business activity of the Company with GOTHAER Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Joint Stock Company was signed by the Company’s representatives on the date of the publication of the Report, i.e. on 9 September 2015.
At the same time we would like to inform that in the Current Report No 38/2015 dated 9 September 2015 mistakably included a description of a non-significant cargo insurance agreement concluded with AIG Europe Limited Spółka z o.o. Branch in Poland.
The correct wording of the Current Report No 38/2015 is as follows:
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that on 9 September 2015 it concluded a general agreement determining the terms and conditions of the insurance on the business activity of the Company with GOTHAER Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Joint Stock Company.
The agreement was concluded for the period of 2 years, i.e. from 25 September 2015 to 24 September 2017 and consists of two 1-year insurance policy periods. The first insurance policy period covers the period from 25.09.2015 to 24.09.2016, and the second insurance policy year the period of 25.09.2016 to 24.09.2017 on terms and conditions that do not deviate from the commonly used on the market for such agreements. The agreement does not include and provisions on penalties.
Pursuant to the agreement, the total sum of insurance (the value of insured property) complete with the theft-limits within the all-risk property insurance agreement amounts to PLN 291,041,981.19whereas the total sum of all-risk insurance (the value of the insured property) of the electronic (including the theft-limits to the full amount of the sum of insurance) amounts to: PLN 1,362,857.33. The basic guarantee sum in the civil liability insurance on the conducted business activity and owned property amounts to PLN 10,000,000.
The total value of the sum of insurance of the general agreement was adopted as the criterium of recognizing the agreement significant (more than 10% of the value of sales revenue of the Company for the period of the last four turnover quarters).
