The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn, pursuant to Par. 5 section 1 art. 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities, informs that on 11 July 2014 it received the decision of the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, No 12 Business Division of the National Court Register dated 2 July 2014 on the registration of amendments to Par. 4 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association introduced with the resolution no 16 at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 13 June 2014.
