Company with the seat in Cholerzyn, pursuant to Par. 5 section 1 art. 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities, informs that on 15 July 2015 it received the decision of the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, No 12 Business Division of the National Court Register dated 6 July 2015 on the registration of amendments to Par. 4 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association introduced with the resolution no 21 at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 17 June 2015.
