The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn, informs that on 19 July 2016 it received the decision of the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, No 12 Business Division of the National Court Register dated 6 July 2016 on the registration of amendments to Par. 5 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association introduced with the resolution no 16 at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16 June 2016.
