Article 56 par. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Public Offerings - current and periodic information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A., with its registered office in Cholerzyn, announces that pursuant to Par. 103 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities of 19 February 2009, the Company presents the deadlines for publishing periodic reports in 2013.
1. Quarterly reports:
- for the first quarter of 2013 - 14 May 2013 (Tuesday)
- for the third quarter of 2013 - 14 November 2013 (Thursday)
2. Semi-annual report:
- for the first half-year of 2013 - 30 August 2013 (Friday)
3. Annual report:
- for 2012 - 21 March 2013 (Thursday)
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. announces that pursuant to par. 101 pt. 2 and par. 102 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company shall not publish periodic reports for the fourth quarter of 2012 and the second quarter of 2013.
