Deadlines for publishing periodic reports in 2016

Article 56 par. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Public Offerings - current and periodic information

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A., with its registered office in Cholerzyn, announces that pursuant to Par. 103 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities of 19 February 2009, the Company presents the deadlines for publishing periodic reports in 2016.


1. Quarterly reports:
- for the first quarter of 2016 – 10.May 2015 (Tuesday)
- for the third quarter of 2016 – 8.November 2015 (Tuesday)

2. Semi-annual report:
- for the first half-year of 2016 – 30.August 2016 (Tuesday)

3. Annual report:
- for 2015 – 18. March 2016 (Friday)

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. announces that pursuant to par. 101 pt. 2 and par. 102 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company shall not publish periodic reports for the second quarter of 2016 and the fourth quarter of 2016.
