The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that according to the preliminary estimates in the first quarter of 2016 the Company gained total net revenue on sales of goods and services of PLN 55 227 k, i.e. 1.4% less as compared to the first quarter of 2015 (was: PLN 56 012 k).

In the first quarter of 2016 the Company gained gross profit of PLN 1 085 k, that is comparable to the first quarter of 2015 (was: PLN 1 076 k). Increasingly, from January to March 2016 EBIDTA amounted to PLN 3 360 k, i.e. 13.1% more as compared to the analogous period in the previous year (was: PLN 2 970 k).

Detailed financial report for the first quarter 2016 will be announced on 10 May 2016.

The Report was prepared pursuant to §5 Art. 1 point 25 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities in connection with § 31 of the said regulation.
