Estimated financial results after the second quarter

Art. 56 Section 1 point 2 of the public offering Law – current and periodic information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that according to the preliminary estimates in the second quarter of 2015 the Company gained total net revenue on sales of goods and services of PLN 55 252 thousand, i.e. comparably to the previous year (was: PLN 55 368 thousand).
Net revenue on the sales of goods and services in the particular months was as follows:
• April 2015: PLN 16 928 thousand (-5.1% y/y)
• May 2015: PLN 19 064 thousand (+1.5% y/y)
• June 2015: PLN 19 260 thousand (+2.7% y/y.
Due to the optimization of costs and the improvement on margin in the second quarter 2015 and in the first half-year 2015 the Company gained positive financial results.
According to preliminary estimates, in the second quarter 2015 the INTERSPORT Polska network gained gross profit of PLN 259 thousand whereas in the analogous periods in the previous years, with the exception of the EURO effect in 2012 the Company always generated gross loss (in the second quarter of 2014 the loss amounted to PLN 421 thousand).
The Management Board estimates that despite the lower by 3.4% turnover in the first quarter the Company will gain gross profit of the level of ca. PLN 1 335 thousand, with EBITDA on the level of ca.
PLN 5 587 thousand. These are the best in the Company’s history financial results in the first quarter generated from the basic activity, one-time events not included.
At the same time we wish to inform that the detailed financial report for the first half-year of 2015 will be announced on 28 August 2015, after the reviewing of all the data by the Chartered Auditor.
