Estimated financial results after the third quarter 2015


Legal grounds:
Art. 56 Section 1 point 2 of the public offering Law – current and periodic information. Pursuant to §5 Art. 1 point 25 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities in connection with § 31 of the said regulation.

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that according to the preliminary estimates in the third quarter of 2015 the Company gained total net revenue on sales of goods and services of PLN 53,263 thousand, i.e. 5.7% higher than in the analogous period of the previous year (was: PLN 50,412 thousand).

Net revenue on the sales of goods and services in the particular months was as follows:
• July 2015: PLN 19,585 thousand (+7.3% y/y)
• August 2015: PLN 18,691 thousand (+5.2% y/y)
• September 2015: PLN 14,987 thousand (+4.1% y/y).

Due to the optimization of costs and the improvement on margin in the third quarter of 2015 INTERSPORT Polska network suffered (lower than usual) gross loss of PLN 647 thousand while in the analogous period of 2014 gross loss amounted to PLN 1,964 thousand.

Increasingly, after the three quarters of 2015 the Company gained net revenue on sales in the amount of PLN 164,527 thousand, i.e. 0.6% less as compared to the analogous period in 2014 (was: PLN 165,551 thousand).

According to preliminary estimates, after the three quarters of 2015 the Company gained:
- Gross profit of PLN 688 thousand (was: gross loss of PLN 1,866 thousand)
- EBITDA of PLN 6,912 thousand (was: 4,512 thousand)

At the same time we wish to inform that the detailed financial report for the third quarter of 2015 will be announced on 10 November 2015 (Tuesday).
