Article 56, par. 1, point 2 of the Public Offering Act - current and periodic information

In accordance with Article 5 pt. 1 subpt. 25 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities of 19 February 2009, read together with Article 31 of that Regulation, the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with its registered office in Cholerzyn announces that:

According to initial estimates, in the third quarter of 2013, the Company INTERSPORT Polska S.A. achieved net revenues from sales of goods and services in the amount of PLN 50,166,000, which is comparable the third quarter of 2012, in which turnover was PLN 50,331,000. The gross loss in Q3 2013 was PLN 1,913,000, i.e. 29 per cent less as compared with PLN 2,692,000 in Q3 2012.

From January to September 2013, the Company INTERSPORT Polska S.A. achieved cumulative net revenues from sales of PLN 159,860,000, i.e. 8.8 per cent less in comparison with the equivalent period of 2012 (it was: PLN 175,260,000 including of sale
of licensed products during EURO 2012 was PLN 13,323,000) Please be informed that a detailed financial report for the third quarter of 2013 will be published on 14 November 2013, after final verification of all data.
