Execution of agreement on lease of commercial premises in Cracow

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. announces that on 7 June it was informed that the company AUCHAN
Polska sp. Oddział Immochan in Piaseczno signed off the agreement on lease of commercial premises located in the Galeria Bronowice Shopping Centre which is to become the second largest shopping centre in Cracow.
The agreement pertains to lease of commercial premises of area of 794.65 m2 where sale and service of sports goods will be carried out under the INTERSPORT brand. It is planned to open the new store in the fourth quarter of 2013.
The agreement was executed for the period of 5 years, starting from the Shopping Centre Opening Date, with the option to
extend for the next 5 years. The other terms of the agreement do not deviate from those commonly applied in the market.
