The Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. informs that on 28 November 2013 it was notified of the extension, by Atrium Plejada sp z o.o. Company with the seat in Warsaw of the rental agreement of commercial premises of the area of 462 m2 located at “Atrium Plejada Bytom” Shopping Centre in Bytom where, since 2001, the Company has conducted sale and service of sports goods.

The agreement was extended for a specified time period by 20 February 2015 on more favourable financial conditions. All other terms and conditions of the said agreement do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
