The Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. informs that on 28 November 2013 it was notified of the extension, by Bielsko Business Center 3 sp z o.o. Company with the seat in Warsaw of the rental agreement of commercial premises of the area of 916 m2 located at Galeria Sfera in Bielsko-Biała where, since 2003, the Company has conducted sale and service of
sports goods.
The agreement was extended for a specified time period by 31 March 2014 on more favourable financial conditions. All other terms and conditions of the said agreement do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
