Extension of agreement on lease of premises at the Wisła Shopping Centre in Płock

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with its registered seat in Cholerzyn announces that on 31 July 2013 it
was informed that the Company DT-SPV 13 Sp. z o.o with its registered seat in Warsaw at ul. Prosta 51 signed off an annex to the agreement on lease of commercial premises at the Wisła Shopping Centre at ul. Wyszogrodzka 144 in Płock.
In accordance with the annex, the agreement described in the current report No. 29 dated 25 September 2009 has been
extended until 28 February 2018 on more advantageous financial terms. The other terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
