The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that on 31 January 2017 it concluded with Alior Bank S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, ul. Łopuszańska 38 d, annexes to cooperation agreements referred to in Current Reports No 31 dated 12 October 2016, No 27 dated 4 August 2016, No 34 dated 12 August 2015, No 26 dated 29 July 2014 and No 30 dated 13 August 2013.

Pursuant to the concluded annexes:
- Overdraft Agreement from the amount of PLN 4,400,000.00 to PLN 3,200,000.00 was extended until 30 January 2018;
- The final deadline for using the Guarantee Products Debt Limit Agreement to the amount of PLN 2,100,000.00 will fall on 31.01.2017, and the deadline for the final repayment on 10.02.2018;
- The final deadline for using the Guarantee Products Debt Limit Agreement to the amount of EUR 1,100,000.00 will fall on 31.01.2017, and the deadline for the final repayment on 10.02.2018;

Terms and conditions determined in annexes to the agreements referred to above do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
