The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with its registered seat in Cholerzyn informs that on 31 May 2013 the Management Board executed with the Bank NORD Polska S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, an annex to a loan agreement and an agreement on a facility for guarantees, as described in the current report No. 23 dated 6 June 2011 and the current report No. 37 dated 30 September 2011.

The loan agreement of PLN 6,000,000 (six million zloty) has been extended for another period of 2 years in order to finance the current operations of the Company. The final repayment date of the facility for guarantees (amount: EUR 350,000) is 31 August 2015. The other terms and conditions of both agreements do not deviate from those commonly applied in the market.

Since June 2011, the Company INTERSPORT Polska S.A. has entered into four agreements with the Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A of a total value of PLN 20,800,000 (twenty million eight hundred thousand Polish zloty) and EUR 350,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand euro).

The long-term loan agreement executed on 6 June 2011 is the agreement of the highest value. It has been executed for a period of 10 years, to refinance expenses connected with construction and fittings of a warehouse in Cholerzyn, in the amount of PLN 12,000,000 (twelve million zloty). The final repayment date of the loan falls on 30 June 2021. The terms and conditions of the agreement do not deviate from those commonly applied in the market and do not include provisions on contractual penalties.
