Extension of cooperation agreement with Alior Bank S.A.
Legal grounds:
Art. 17 Section 1 of MAR – confidential information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that on 04 August 2016 it concluded with Alior Bank S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, ul. Łopuszańska 38 d, annexes to cooperation agreements referred to in Current Reports No 34 dated 12 August 2015, No 26 dated 29 July 2014, and No 30 dated 30 August 2013.
Pursuant to the concluded annexes:- Overdraft Agreement to the amount of PLN 4,900,000.00 was extended until 30 August 2016 and to the amount of PLN 4,400,000.00 until 11 October 2016;
- The final deadline for the repayment of the Guarantee Products Debt Limit Agreement to the amount of PLN 2,100,000.00 was extended until 11 August 2017;
- The final deadline for the repayment of the Guarantee Products Debt Limit Agreement to the amount of EUR 1,100,000.00 was extended until 11 August 2017;
- The expiry date of the Reverse Factoring Agreement (AliorFaktor) to the amount of PLN 1,414,000.00 was extended until 09 January 2017.
Terms and conditions determined in annexes to the agreements referred to above do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
