The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that pursuant to the annex received on 7 May 2014, GSSM Warsaw Limited Liability Company with the seat in Warsaw (owner of „Arkadia” Shopping Mall in Warsaw – formerly Gdańsk Station Shopping Mall Limited Liability Company) extended for another 10 years the rental agreement of the
INTERSPORT store of the area of 1,546 m2 located in “Arkadia” Shopping Mall in Warsaw.
The agreement was extended for a definite time by 20 July 2024 on financial terms identical to the original ones. Other terms and conditions of the agreement do not deviate from commonly used on the market.
INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company since 2004 has conducted sale and services of sports goods at “Arkadia” Shopping Mall in Warsaw. The rental agreement of the said commercial premises was described in the Company’s Prospectus (Part III of the Registration Document).
