Art. 17 section 1 of MAR – confidential information

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. headquartered in Cholerzyn informs that on 14 June 2017 it received the notification on the execution, by Alior Bank Spółka Akcyjna with the seat in Warszawa, at the address: ul. Łopuszańska 38 d, of the annexes to the agreements referred to in the current reports listed below: no 8 dated 31 January 2017; no 31 dated 12 October 2016; no 27 dated 4 August 2016; no 34 dated12 August 2015; no 26 dated 29 July 2014; no 30 dated 13 August 2013 .

Pursuant to the executed annexes:
- the overdraft agreement to the amount of PLN 4,250,000 was extended until 12 June 2018;
- the final date for using the overdraft agreement for products covered with guarantee to the amount of PLN 4,100,000 falls on 12 June 2018, and the final repayment date on 12 June 2019;
- the final date for using the overdraft agreement for products covered with guarantee to the amount of EUR 1,200,000 falls on 12 June 2018 and the final repayment date on 12 June 2019.

Additionally the Reverse Factoring Agreement to the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 with the final using date falling on 12 March 2019 and the final repayment date falling on June 2019 was concluded.
The terms stipulated in the annexes to the agreements referred to above do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
