Extension of the agreements with BZ WBK SA.
Legal grounds:
Art. 17 section 1 of MAR – confidential information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. headquartered in Cholerzyn ("hereinafter the „Company”") on 29 May 2017 received the information on the extension, by Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with the seat in Wrocław,
of the overdraft agreement and the collateral guarantee agreement referred to in the current report no 19 dated 29 May 2013 and the current report No 16 dated 27 May 2015.
- Overdraft agreement to the amount of PLN 500,000 (say: five hundred thousand zlotys) was extended until 30.09.2017;
- Collateral guarantee agreement was extended – to the maximum utilization amount of PLN 3,000,000 (say: three million zlotys) during the collateral period until 30.09.2017.
The remaining terms and conditions of the said agreements do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
