Pursuant to art. 70 point 3 of the Public Offering Act the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with the seat in Cholerzyn attached to this report submits a list of
shareholders owing at least 5% of the total number of shares, attending the General Shareholders Meeting held on 17 June 2015.
