The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn (the Issuer) informs that from 8 November 2016 on the Company will conduct business in 35 INTERSPORT stores located in 23 cities and towns of the total commercial area of 33,026 m2, i.e. 1.7% decrease S compared to state of 19 October 2016 (was: 36 stores of the total area of 33,593 m2).

The change is the result of the termination of the rental agreement with ALMA Market S.A. Company with the seat in Kraków by the owner of the building located in Dowborczyków and Kilińskiego streets in Łodź, where the store of INTERSPORT was located. In effect the sub-rental agreement concluded between the Issuer and ALMA Market S.A. was terminated pursuant to Art. 668 § 2 of the Civil Code. Therefore, from 8 November 2016 the INTERSPORT store of the area of 567 m2 located at No 122-128 in Kilińskiego Street in Łódź will be closed.

The sub-rental agreement pursuant to which the Company used to run sales of sports goods under the INTERSPORT brand was described in the current report No 7/2008 of 28 January 2008 complete with updating included in Current Reports No 47 dated 8 December 2011 and No 3 dated 10 January 2014.
